These Large Graduated Spiny Oyster Beads are cut with care in such a way to minimize the natural textures and pitting that are common in Spiny Oyster beads. The shell is solid and dense but still has just enough texture to keep it interesting. The polish is stunning and the thick cross-cuts of shell reveal a unique blend of swirling colors and patterns. Each strand is graduated from 18mm at the center down to 8mm on the ends. The thick disc beads are substantial but not too chunky. They are around 6mm thick at the center 3mm to 5mm thick on the ends. One of the best compliments to Turquoise, the oranges and reds harmonize with the Turquoise blues and greens.
