This cousin of Tiger's Eye, known as Hawk's Eye Beads, exhibits the same chatoyant flashes of light that make Tiger's Eye famous. In this case, the swirling dark gray to light gray colors combine with the reflective effect to create the feeling of looking into a moving cloud of smoke or... like staring into a hawk's eye. This natural crystal is basically a macrocrystalline form of Smoky Quartz and they would also be correctly referred to as Grey Tiger's Eye. Natural variation in the crystal and a sprinkling of Tiger's Eye inclusions ensure no two beads are the same. These hawk's eye quartz crystal beads are 8mm round. Pair these Hawkeye Beads up with Turquoise for a sophisticated look that makes the Turquoise seem to glow!
