The nuggets are smooth and Rondelle like only with natural undulations in size and form just like those used by the Santo Domingo tribe for ages. They are 5-6mm wide by 2-4mm thick, and can be occasionally as wide as 7mm and a hair under 5mm. Check the photos closely to get a good idea of the variation.
