A unique selection of Number 8 Turquoise Slabs put together as a matching set. You will receive the exact stones pictured. The clear, aqua-blue hues have a hint of smokey patterns swirling through each matching Number 8 Turquoise slab in unique and mesmerizing ways. You'll notice what look to be cracks in the photos, however, they are more like fissures and we tried to break the pieces and they wouldn't split. Depending on the side chosen, it may take some finesse, working around those fissures, filling them or smoothing them down but the pieces are solid. We've adjusted the price accordingly. In many cases, the slices have been cut from the same stone. The color and patterns of Number 8 Turquoise have made it a favorite focal point in high end southwest and Native American jewelry. We use this Number 8 Turquoise in large belt buckles and Bolo Ties, some of our best sellers. This sliced Turquoise has been matched based on the characteristic to provide greater possibilities in jewelry designs. The slabs are usually about 10mm thick but that will occasionally vary by 1mm or 2mm. They are stabilized to lock in the color for a lifetime.
