This Large Turquoise Slab holds a range of deep green to blue green color under its skin. The edge reveals the bright even color throughout. 6.6 Pounds of solid Turquoise all in one Turquoise Nugget, that's 2,994 grams! The thick slab shape would be great for carving, cutting, lapidary or cabbing. It will return a high yield when cut but it is also very impressive in this natural state. This large Turquoise nugget comes from the Alacran Mine in Mexico and has been stabilized to protect the color over time. Overall dimensions are 13.2" long x 8.5" wide and about 2" thick. Photographed dry and as it came from the mine. Just tumbling and polishing this Large Turquoise Slab would produce such an amazing showpiece it could triple its value.
